* The 178th Bakewell Show. 

Poultry, Pigeon & Rabbit classes held on Thursday 7th August 2008 at the Showground, Bakewell.

* Manifold Show, Saturday 9th August 2008, 2 classes: one each for male and female birds.

* AGM - Bull's Head, Youlgreave 7.30 p.m. Tuesday 14th October 2008

* National PoultryShow at Stoneleigh, Warwickshire

* National Federation of Poultry Clubs how at Stafford Showground, Stafford.

* 60th High Peak Bantam Show at the Agricultural Centre in Bakewell on Saturday 7th February 2009.

This will be the Derbyshire Redcap Club's Club Show.

Classes for:- male, female, cockerel, pullet, male bantam, female bantan, novice, 3 bantam eggs and 3 large eggs.
